We understand that schedules change. This policy is designed to be fair to both students and tutors, so that everyone's time is respected. Please read it before booking.
The rules below apply to all one-to-one and group lessons. Times are based on the scheduled start time of your lesson.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so more than 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made outside this window incur no charge, and you are welcome to rebook at a time that suits you.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time are charged at 50% of the lesson fee. This reflects that the tutor has already prepared and reserved that time exclusively for you.
If a student does not attend and has given no advance notice, the full lesson fee is charged. A no-show means failing to join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior communication.
